I still want to try the starter pack and just know that I will be a winner one day. I count myself as a winner anyway, being connected to you and thru you so many other talented peeps too. Thank you so much for your blog friendship. I have to share with you some trash /treasure prenotes wi/out picts yet. We were away at hotel this wkend and what did we find in dumpster there? A huge blessing: they were remodeling and tossed away, a computer lap top desk complete with electrical and modem connection, a coffee/side table and a luggage rack/fold up kind. They also had a beautiful blue upolustried lounge chair and a blue desk chair but alas no room in blazer for those 2 b/c we still had luggage etc. But when we get moved and get pieces tidied up I will try to shoot pics to you. Isn't that so cool. What a gift to us. I didn't know how we were going to furnish new digs, but God knew how. Just like Him.

Hi Amy! Blue was always my fave color when I was younger; however, over the last 20 years or so, my hue of choice is inthe green family -- give me moss, sage or avocado green anytime!

My dd, who is now 24, when she was small would call Mod Podge, Mood poodge. To this day when ever I grab the mod podge, I think of that, and smile.
I feel a Mod Podge art project for the girls might be just around the corner for us. I want to try the glitter and matte versions soon!
My grandchildren are here for the summer and I have so much planned for them but the thing they are looking forward to the most are the surprise crafts I have for them. (mod podge is used for two of them)

Modge Podge is a girls dream!!
Blue is not my favorite, but purple and black/white for some strange reason. I noticed recently at the Hobby Lobby that there is not much in the way of purple, white, or black in the paper. Michaels has had more in the way of purple paper than anyone else. The scrapbook stores are too expensive so I stick to one that have more sales. :( That is from time to time.
