This is the official bathroom of Mod Podge Command Central. There IS a point to this picture, by the way, not just to show you my toilet. Remember when I did the AllModern.com giveaway not so very long ago? Well, I also ordered a Dwell Studio shower curtain and I LOVE it! My bathroom needed a sprucing and I have always liked Dwell Studio - I was tickled pink to see that Dwell makes shower curtains and one specifically with animals and blues (my favorite color). So here she is . . . what do you think? Anyway, I can't say enough good things about AllModern.com and CSN Stores, who provided the giveaway for you and sent me my shower curtain. ReplyDeleteI really love my new couches! I have 4 kids, ranging in ages from 2 to 8. We recently purchased a new couch and loveseat, in denim material. They are lovely for us, simple, and the denim material seems to be a bit heavier duty than our former couches. I love them!

I used it for the first time yesterday, I used a Clorox wipes container and Mod Podged a piece of retro fabric to it to make a storage container for my scissors and rotary cutters! I recently bought a grey and white striped t-shirt at Urban Outfitters that I love. It's so soft and adorable. Usually their clothes are so expensive I don't bother, but I was in there for something else entirely and it just caught my eye. I now want to live in it :)

It's going to be Silvery Blue walls with silver / stainless steal towel rods, and wash cloth rings. My shower curtain, curtains for the window, and all of my sink accessories will be navy blue.

ReplyDeleteThe gift I love most - and will for decades - is a new LeVian ring from my husband. It's my first piece of "real" jewelry and the only ring I've ever wanted.
As for purchases - I spent a squirreled away thirty dollars frivolously on pretty cupcake liners and treat packaging as I love to bake and give it away. Now the wrapping can be as heartfelt as the goodies.
I just picked up some Liberty of London storage boxes at Target this morning and am still swooning. :)

I love your shower curtain! How fun. I just bought a very cheap, very ugly desk from a thrift store for my sewing machine and projects. I am so excited about it. I tried to spray paint it and it turned out horribly!!!! But, I still love it because now I have a space for my craft stuff and won't get my kitchen table all messy. I have been inspired by the decoupaged furniture on here and will soon be decoupaging the gross desk to cover up my ucky spray painting attempt. I am excited about it!

ReplyDeleteI am loving your shower curtain. Great colors. In a short story... My best friends house burned to the ground right after Christmas. She and her family lost everything (including her wedding ring). I was in a local gift store and saw a beautiful silver band with bagette stones. (very cheap) I instantly thought of her. It broke my heart that she didnt have a band to wear so I bought it for her. It was a gift of a happy heart for me and a reminder for her that she and her family were safe and can start over.

oh they are so darling my friend in a quilting class has fabric just like that but any who my favorite item bought lately is my gum ball display set of three a gum ball machine part chair desk and a gumball machine i love it although it needs some modpodge and fabric i loved it!!!

ReplyDeleteI recently received a very plush blanket/throw for an extrememly late birthday gift. I LOVE IT! It's a very pretty sage color AND it's king size. Which means I can either use it on our bed or I can snuggle with it on the couch downstairs in my freezing basement and I don't have to worry about my feet sticking out. LOVE IT!

Hi I love the new shower curtain it is a lovely print. The best thing I have been given was at christmas my mum gave me a little handycam to record my daughters as the grow it is so much fun and I think it will be fun for them in a year or two to take their own movies my oldest is 4 and already can work my camera!
